Throughout the application, you can view our Policy Templates, where you can adapt these to your
centre if required.
Once your application has been completed it will be reviewed within seven working days. The applications team will then contact you if any further supporting information is required.
Highfield requires tutors, assessors, and IQAs to meet specific qualifications and experience standards to ensure quality delivery and assessment of our regulated qualifications.

Highfield-approved centres that spend less than £1,000 during a calendar year (1 January – 31 December) will be subject to an annual fee of £300+VAT. Any centre that spends over the £1,000 within this time period will be exempt from the fee.
For newly approved centres, this will take effect from the first full calendar year the centre is approved.
We provide a course accreditation service for Highfield-approved training centres. This service allows centres to:
