Do you need help logging in? From the homepage of the Highfield website, click the Login button on the right-hand side. You will then be prompted to enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgotten your password to reset it. 

Follow these quick steps to locate your tutor number. 

  • Log in to the Highfield website – you will be taken to a page to select your role 
  • If you have been approved, you should see Nominated Tutor listed here 
  • Your tutor number will also be displayed here 

Simply submit an application to us – you can start the process on the Highfield website. 

Here is an overview of the centre application process. 

  • Fill in the initial registration form 
  • You will then receive a username and password to complete the centre approval 
  • Make payment for the centre application fee 
  • When payment has been processed, you will be able to log in to our website to access and complete the full online centre application 
  • When completing the centre application, you will be required to provide information and copies of relevant policies for review 
  • Provide details of your nominated tutors – they will receive an email inviting them to complete their online tutor application 
  • At the end of the application, you will be asked to read a number of documents, including: 
  • Highfield Centre Agreement 
  • Highfield Core Manual 
  • Highfield Terms and Conditions 
  • Highfield Public Policies 
  • Complete and sign the centre declaration to confirm you have read and agree to the above documents 
  • Upload the completed centre declaration into your online application, or return it to applications@highfieldabc.com as an email attachment, then click the button to submit the application for review 
  • Receipt of your application will be acknowledged within one working day 
  • Your application will be reviewed within seven working days and we will let you know if we require any additional information or documents

Verifying a Highfield certificate is straightforward and quick. 

  • Go to our CheckCert facility: https://checkcert.highfieldqualifications.com/ 
  • Enter the learner’s surname and certificate number (found on the front of the certificate) 
  • If it is a valid certificate issued by Highfield, the system will confirm the learner’s name and the details of the qualification, including the qualification title and the date of award 

Follow these short steps. 

  • Go to https://www.highfieldqualifications.com/ 
  • Click the head and shoulders icon in the top right-hand corner, then click Login 
  • In the box that opens, click the Forgotten your password? link under the password box 
  • In the new window, enter your email address in the relevant box and click the Reset Password button 
  • A link to reset your password will be sent to this email address. You should receive it within 10 minutes, but please also check your junk, spam or clutter folders if it does not arrive in your inbox 

  • Centres – you can find recently booked courses on the members homepage of the members area. You can also click Manage Courses on the left-hand side and use the filters to search for a specific course. 
  • Learners – you can use the Course Finder page on the Highfield Qualifications website to find publicly advertised courses. 

All our publicly available policies and procedures are in the downloads section of our website. Those that apply specifically to Highfield-approved centres can be found in the download area within your members area.
