Who is this qualification for?
This qualification is aimed at individuals wishing to gain a nationally recognised qualification in recruitment resourcing. It will attract new talent to the recruitment sector and will help to upskill the workforce to meet employers' skills priorities and to further professionalise the sector. It forms the knowledge component of the Intermediate Apprenticeship in Recruitment.
How long will it take?
The total qualification time (TQT) for this qualification is 280 hours and of this 132 are recommended as guided learning hours (GLH).
These include pre-selecting candidates, identifying client recruitment requirements, contributing to the development of a recruitment resourcing plan, using client relationship management systems for recruitment purposes, building and maintaining relationships with candidates, develop working relationships with colleagues and researching candidates for recruitment purposes.
This qualification is assessed by a portfolio of evidence.
