Keep up to date with our solutions and receive invaluable information
Coronavirus is affecting us all and here at Highfield, we want to make sure we’re doing everything in our power to best support our customers and our people. We’ve evolved and adapted to ensure we remain very much open for business and are here to support you, our much valued and loyal customers.
We’re observing the relevant guidance on social distancing and have adapted to home working while continuing to achieve all of our high standards of customer service. We’ve been determined to make it ‘business as usual’ and although our customer service team are spread out all over the UK, we are still meeting our famous ‘3-ring answer’ policy on nearly every occasion. We are returning emails to our customers within one working day, we are dispatching parcels on the same day, we are marking and certificating within 7 days (usually much faster) and we are always delighted to speak with our customers.
Highfield is proactively involved in many regulatory forums, alongside Ofqual, Qualification Wales, CCEA Regulation, SQA Accreditation, the Federation of Awarding Bodies, the Education and Skills Funding Agency, the Security Industry Authority and other regulators to represent the interests of our customers and learners during isolation.
We’ve also been working with the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education and our EQA bodies to propose and agree on adjustments to assessment plans to facilitate remote end-point assessment of apprenticeship standards.
We’re really pleased that so many of you are joining our webinars for these latest updates - this gives us a real opportunity to update you on the changes and provide you with further guidance specific to your business. See here for the latest webinars.
We’ve also introduced our mix-and-match Qualify at Home digital solutions.
